Veasey (D-TX) introduced the Holding Accountable Russian Mercenaries (HARM) Act, bipartisan legislation that would require the Secretary of State to designate the Russian-based PMC Wagner Group as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO). Along with Veasey, Representatives Steve Cohen (D-TN), Joe Wilson (R-SC), and Richard Hudson (R-NC) are original sponsors of the bill. FORT WORTH - Today, Representative Marc Veasey welcomed U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia L. Fudge in Fort Worth. Representative Veasey and Secretary Fudge met with future tenants of Cowan Place, a future affordable housing community. Cowan Place is a 174-unit mixed-income, senior living community that forms Phase I of the Stop Six Choice Neighborhood Initiative that was made possible by a $345 million HUD grant investment in the neighborhood.
