Another Texas Democrat co-sponsors Stefanik "Year Round Pell" legislation

Rep. Marc Veasey, D-Texas, on Thursday, co-sponsored legislation Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-Willsboro, introduced to reinstate the federal "Year Round Pell" program to provide supplemental Pell grants for summer semester, according to the Library of Congress government information website.
