This July 4th, as we fire up the grill, go to our community parades, relax by the pool or just spend a the day with friends and family, I wanted to reflect on our past and say thank you.

Our Founding Fathers and Mothers risked their lives fighting for freedom and independence. Their vision of a more perfect union – one in which equality, justice and opportunity is available for all – is what we celebrate today.
