Recommits to Delivering Results for Texas’ 33rd District

WASHINGTON - Last night, Representative Veasey was officially sworn-in as United States Representative for Texas' 33rd Congressional District, representing the people of North Texas for a 6th term in the 118th Congress.

"I am glad that House Republicans finally got their act together to elect a Speaker and swear Congress in so that we finally can get back to work for the people that elected us," said Rep. Veasey. "I am honored that the people of North Texas have entrusted me with the responsibility of representing them in Congress once again. I am ready to get back to work with colleagues to continue to put people over politics and work to lower costs, create better paying jobs and make our communities safer here in North Texas and across the country."
