Rep. Veasey's Statement on the Passing of Congressman Walter Jones

"Congressman Walter Jones will be greatly missed. Walter was a man of integrity who worked to find common ground on both sides of the aisle. He was a pragmatic leader who fought for important causes to better his constituency. While I often voted on the other side of Walter, I was proud to stand alongside him in calling for the declassification of the 9/11 documents. I'm keeping his family in my thoughts and prayers."
