Rep. Veasey to Host Annual Job Fair to Fill Over 7,000 Jobs at Local DFW Metroplex Companies

Fort Worth, TX –On Friday, November 17, 2017, Congressman Marc Veasey will host his FREE Annual Job Fair from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Tarrant County College South Gymnasium located at 5301 Campus Drive in Fort Worth, Texas.

The annual employment event will offer participants the opportunity to meet over 75 potential employers looking to fill over 7,000 vacancies and to network with professionals representing a variety of fields such as public safety, manufacturing, service, health care, education and other industries.

Congressman Veasey is pleased to welcome employers like Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Amazon, Alcon and PepsiCo-Frito Lay. Workforce Solutions of Tarrant County and other providers will also be on hand to offer FREE professional development workshops designed to enhance job seekers' chance of getting hired on topics including resume critiquing, networking, second chance employment, job search tips, and veteran-to-civilian transition.
