Rep. Veasey, Rep. Gutierrez, and immigration experts discuss latest on DACA/DAPA and notario fraud at Fort Worth and Dallas forums

Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas – As the nation awaits the decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit on the expansion of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Deferred Action for Parental (DAPA), Congressman Marc Veasey, TX-33 and special guest, Congressman Luis Gutierrez, IL-4, will host two informational forums on Saturday, July 18, in the DFW Metroplex.

During each of the informational forums, Congressman Veasey will discuss re-introduced legislation, the "Notario Victim Relief Act," that will help victims of immigration fraud, expert panelists will discuss 2012 DACA requirements versus the expanded DACA/DAPA requirements, steps the community can take to be ready when expanded DACA/DAPA applications are available, as well as who can and can't provide immigration services.
