Congressman works as Time Warner Cable technician as part of his ‘Marc Means Business’ constituent outreach initiative
Dallas, TX – Today, Congressman Marc Veasey, TX-33, traded his suit and tie for a pair of khakis and hard hat to work alongside Time Warner technician, Babafemi Adesina, to assist servicing homes throughout the DFW Metroplex. During his workday, Veasey participated in a shortened training before assisting Adesina with a cable and internet installation in a customer’s home in West Dallas.
Time Warner Cable (TWC) is among the largest providers of video, high-speed data and voice services in the United States, connecting 16 million customers to entertainment, information and each other. Time Warner Cable currently employs more than 9,000 people in the state of Texas including more than 2,800 employees in the DFW Metroplex alone.
