"As a Starbucks barista, I gained first-hand knowledge of the company's culture and experienced for myself the fast-paced nature of the service industry. As I chatted with employees, it is clear that Starbucks works to embody their mission to "inspire and nurture" in all aspects of the company. From the attention Starbucks employees pay to each customer's drink order to the types of advancement opportunities they offer for their team members, it is clear that Starbucks takes quality customer service to the next level."
Congressman Veasey remains committed to strengthening the American workforce by supporting the middle class and stimulating job growth in the 33rd Congressional District. Each month, Veasey will continue to clock-in at a variety of local businesses and organizations across the Metroplex to learn about the challenges facing diverse industries and learn from business owners and employees how to improve public policy that affects their everyday lives.
