MEDIA ALERT: U.S. Rep. Marc Veasey to Host Media Briefing on Legislation to Help Students with Noncitizen Parents

Arlington, TX – On Saturday, April 18, 2015, Congressman Marc Veasey, TX-33, will host a media briefing to discuss H.R. 1833, the FAFSA For All Act, that would streamline the process of applying for federal aid through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for American students who have noncitizen parents who are either undocumented or have legal work status.
The media briefing will take place during Congressman Veasey's Annual Teen Summit and Job Fair on Saturday, April 18 at 9:30 AM CT at Sam Houston High School located at 2000 Sam Houston Drive in Arlington, Texas.
