Media Advisory: Congressman Veasey Works Landscaping Shift Under Texas Heat

Rep. Veasey will work at A&T Landscaping LLC, a local TX33 small business, during his August ’Marc Means Business’ Work Day

Fort Worth, TX – On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, Congressman Marc Veasey will lend a hand to local family owned A&T Landscaping LLC, as they provide commercial clients in the DFW Metroplex with landscaping services. Veasey will learn firsthand about the day-to-day responsibilities of operating a landscaping company as he assists with a variety of lawn care services, including trimming shrubs, mowing, fertilizing, seeding, and performing duties as assigned.

Since March 2014, Congressman Veasey has worked at more than 35 small and large businesses across the 33rd Congressional District of Texas. The Marc Means Business constituent outreach series connects Veasey with residents at their place of employment to better understand the challenges they face in their work and daily lives.
