Industry experts share benefits of raising minimum wage

Dallas, TX -- On July 21, U.S. Rep. Marc Veasey, TX-33, will join a panel of industry experts at a Minimum Wage Forum to discuss the benefits of raising the minimum wage for America's working families. Veasey is an original co-sponsor of H.R. 1010, The Fair Minimum Wage Act, which would raise the minimum wage from its current rate of $7.25 to $10.10.

The free event is open to the public and credentialed news media.
