Rep. Veasey Addresses Disparities in Health Coverage during LULAC’s 17th Annual Legislative Conference

WASHINGTON, D.C. - This week, as the White House and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) kicked off "Latino Week of Action," Congressman Marc Veasey, TX-33, addressed participants at LULAC's 17th Annual Legislative Conference to share the benefits of the Affordable Care Act and encourage a continued effort to help underinsured communities enroll by the March 31st deadline.

Representing the 33rd Congressional District of Texas- the most uninsured district in the nation- within which 80 percent of the uninsured are Latino, Congressman Veasey continues to do his part to educate, engage, and enroll Latinos so they can receive quality, affordable health care.
