"Our hearts are absolutely broken" over the death of Kevin Sutherland. The Quorum Report has learned this afternoon that a young man who was murdered in DC this past week was a former staffer for the Democratic Lone Star Project.Kevin Sutherland often worked with Rep. Chris Turner, D-Arlington, and Rep. Marc Veasey.
