FORT WORTH – Congressman Marc Veasey (TX-33) today announced that as part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that he helped pass, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will invest an additional $20 million to continue the design and construction of the Trinity River Flood Control Project. This new funding builds on the original $403 million in funding that was secured for the project in January 2022.
