	May 2013- Cinco de Mayo Celebration Fort Worth Rep. Veasey celebrates Mexican culture by participating in the Cinco De Mayo parade in Fort Worth, which ended with a celebration at the All Saints Church.
	May 2013 - Health & Fitness Month Rep. Veasey is committed to empowering all Americans to adopt a healthy lifestyle that includes regular physical activity and good nutrition. During the month of May, Congressman Veasey hosted and participated in health and fitness events to support the resolution and living a healthy lifestyle.
	April 2013 - African Immigrant Forum Rep. Veasey meets with constituents at the African Immigrant Forum, to discus Immigration Reform, Education, Jobs, Trade, Business Opportunities and other important issues. April, 27, 2013.

	CD33 Military Medals Presentations Rep. Veasey delivers seven medals and awards including the bronze star, to World War II veteran and Irving citizen John Willis. Willis had been a member of the 35th Division of the Company G 134th Infantry Regiment, who fought in the Battle of the Bulge and then in central Europe, April, 19 2013.
	April 2013 - Immigration Rally DC Rep. Veasey attends the Immigration reform rally, where tens of thousands of immigration reform advocates voiced their desire for legislation to create a path for citizenship. At the rally Rep. Veasey spoke with citizens and expressed his support for immigration reform, April, 10, 2013.
